Delivery is charged at £3.50 per order, or free for orders over £50. Orders are sent by Royal Mail first class tracked postage normally within two working days of your order being completed.
Your order should arrive within a couple of days, but if it does not arrive as expected, please allow ten working days before you get in touch. The Royal Mail does not consider an item missing before this time.
Delivery is only available within the UK, international delivery is not provided at this time.
Free local delivery is available in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, only - please make sure you choose this option when you place your order and advise any requests for specific days or times of delivery. Your phone number is required for this service.
As a small business with each item I sell being handcrafted, returns are something I prefer to keep to a minimum. This does not affect your UK statutory rights in any way.
If you are unsure about an item description, to minimise returns, please feel free to get in touch before purchasing, by email in the first instance please (sarah@littlebluefish.online), to ask any questions you might have about it. I will call you back if you provide your phone number, or reply by email if not.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are not as described, or are damaged.
I operate a 14 day returns policy, from the time you receive your order, after which time, I am unable to refund or exchange unwanted items. Returns must be unused, in the condition they were received and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, which should be securely packaged, and proof of purchase is required. In this instance, cost of purchase will be refunded via your original purchase method, postage will not be refunded. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to reach your account.
Earrings cannot be returned or refunded.
If you receive a faulty item, which you would like to return or exchange, please get in touch by email within three days of receiving the item, describing the fault, including pictures if possible.
Please contact me by email in the first instance to arrange a refund or exchange.
Where items are faulty or not fit for purpose, you will be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days and repair or replacement of the item within six months. The postage cost of returning faulty items will be reimbursed in this case.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
